JBP WSRO Par 142 NORTHCHAPEL Volume 1
Northchapel Parish is relatively new, formed as a separate parish as recently as 1691. Whilst the parish register commences as late as 1716, earlier records for many years years survive in the form of Bishop`s Transcripts with records as far back as 1584. This volume combines these records up to 1812 (to 1818 for Banns) with 201 photographic images of the original registers. A transcript listing the parish officers from 1700 to 1837 is also included. This CD-Book contains the details of all baptisms, marriages and burials recorded in Pulborough parish registers between the years 1595 to 1812, which consist of just three volumes. However the first book is massive with no less than 219 pages. Earlier records are taken from the Bishop`s Transcripts with entries back to 1590. This volume combines these records up to 1812 with 364 photographic images of the original registers. Available at just £7.00, post free to UK addresses.
